This is a fast-paced, open ended business simulation, ideal for meetings, conferences and events.  Working in teams, participants gain experience of what it is like to operate a business in a competitive market. 

They make all the decisions - production, marketing, sales, finance, and own all the results.  Teams and long-term professional friendships are built in a challenging game environment.

 

Finance For Everyone is a 1 day program for any staff in an organisation who make decisions that impact on sales, planning and production.  This program requires constant decision-making in all area of the business - what prices to set, whether to increase capacity, how much money to borrow, what R&D options to pursue, cost structure and managing cashflow.
